THE FOUNDING COHORT

Three ways into the Mastermind.

This is the first cohort. Pricing is locked for early members and rises once the format's proven — join now, and your rate never goes up.

Community — £29/mo

The lowest-commitment way in. Good if you want to stay close to the work without a live weekly ask.

  • Open group, private community access
  • Monthly resource drop — templates, frameworks, short teaching pieces
  • Quarterly live Q&A with the group

Circle — £75/mo

Real live contact, larger group. Good if you want regular input without the smaller room's intensity.

  • Everything in Community
  • Up to 15 people
  • Monthly live group call — teaching and open Q&A

The Founding Mastermind — £150/mo

The real room. Capped small on purpose — this is where the depth is.

  • Everything in Circle
  • Capped at 6 people
  • Monthly hot-seat session — real time on your actual situation
  • Private group channel between sessions

// Founding rate locked for life once you join. Rate rises for new members once cohort one is complete.

QUESTIONS

Before you ask.

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching and structured change work, not clinical treatment. If something comes up that needs a therapist or GP, I'll say so directly and help you find the right support rather than trying to hold it myself.

I've never been part of a mastermind before — is that a problem?

No — most people joining haven't either. The format is explained fully before your first session, and the founding cohort is specifically for people testing the format for the first time, not just me.

What's the actual difference between the 4-week programme and the Mastermind?

The 4-week programme is a defined, time-boxed container — you start, you finish, you have an outcome. The Mastermind is ongoing membership — no end date, the room evolves with whoever's in it.

How much of this is business consulting versus personal coaching?

Genuinely both, and deliberately so — the actual premise of this work is that the line between a business problem and a personal pattern is thinner than most frameworks pretend. Sessions go wherever the real issue is.

What happens after the Workshop or 4-week programme — is there a natural next step?

Yes — both feed naturally into the Mastermind if you want ongoing support, but there's no pressure to continue. Plenty of people do the Workshop as a standalone and that's the right call for them.

How do I know which programme is right for me?

Honestly, the fastest way is just to ask — book a conversation and tell me what you're actually working on. I'll point you at the right one, including telling you if none of them fit.

What's your cancellation policy for the Workshop or 4-week programme?

Once you've booked, your spot is confirmed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, give at least 14 days' notice before the session or before the first live call, and I'll move you to the next available date. Requests inside that window are considered case by case rather than guaranteed.

What's your cancellation policy for the Mastermind?

No long-term contract — cancel anytime, effective from your next billing date. Because the room is capped and the founding rate is limited, cancelled spots may not be held or guaranteed if you want to rejoin later at the same rate.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, within the UK's statutory 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases of services — with one limit: if you've already attended session(s) and received meaningful value within that window, the refund reflects only the unused portion, not the full amount.

Not sure which one's right?

Tell me what you're actually working on and I'll point you at the right one — including if that's none of them.
